We developed a new framework named LongTrack, which uses long-read metagenomic contigs and reliable informatics tailored for Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) strain tracking. The human gut microbiome samples were sequenced on R9.4.1 and R10.4.1 MinION flow cells using Guppy (versions 5.0.7 and 6.3.4) with the SUP model dna_r9.4.1_450bps_sup.cfg and dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_sup.cfg
