Supplementary material for the article "Investigating the shared genetic architecture between post-traumatic stress disorder and neurodegenerative diseases"

A series of graphs and raw data output by the original code are published here for query, reproduction and verification. The visual results derived from the FUSION/COJO TWAS algorithms are retained here for easy reference and to facilitate further analysis of additional results of interest.We also present the co-localization results of each Bayesian framework for readers' convenience.At the same time, we published the latest meta-results of MTAG and CPASSOC on PTSD and neurodegenerative diseases.All FOCUS fine-mapped loci are stored and available.(The update makes some optimizations and additions to the previous dataset)
