Impact on employment due to COVID-19 pandemic India 2020, by gender

According to a survey among Indian urban youth about life in lockdown, a majority of people stated that their work hours and wages remained unchanged due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in April 2020. Over seven percent of male respondents lost their jobs at that time.
