Medical Segmentation Decathlon is a medical image segmentation challenge database containing 10 distinct semantic segmentation task datasets, covering multiple medical domains including liver tumors, brain tumors, hippocampus, lung cancer, prostate, heart, pancreatic tumors, colon cancer, hepatic blood vessels and spleen. This database aims to provide a test benchmark for general-purpose machine learning algorithms. All data is openly shared under the CC-BY-SA 4.0 license and has been annotated and verified by experts.
