数据集中包含了2020年采集的羊卓雍错、珍错、空母错、普莫雍错、浪措、昂仁金错、打加错、帕茹错、嘎荣错、嘎仁错、蔡几错、齐格错、扎日南木措、达瓦错、塔若错、扎布耶茶卡、昂拉仁错、仁青休布措、别若则错、达绕错、吉多错、洞措、昂孜措、当穹错、当惹雍错、兹格塘错共计26个湖泊采样经纬度、盐度、水温、深度、透明度、总悬浮颗粒物、叶绿素a、总氮、总磷数据集。其中总氮总磷通过消解后通过Shimadzu UV-Vis 2550 PC分光光度计比色法完成测定,叶绿素a浓度则通过热乙醇法完成测定,通过分光光度法完成测定。总悬浮颗粒物通过高精度电子天平完成称量结合过滤体积完成计算、水温、盐度通过现场采用YSI EXO2完成测定,透明度则采用30 cm黑白赛克盘完成测定。透明度误差在0.05 m以内,悬浮颗粒物浓度误差在0.01 mg/L,总氮浓度误差在0.01 mg/L,总磷及叶绿素a浓度误差在0.001 mg/L,水温误差为0.1摄氏度。
This dataset contains in-situ and laboratory analysis data including longitude, latitude, salinity, water temperature, depth, transparency, total suspended solids (TSS), chlorophyll-a, total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) for 26 lakes, which were sampled in 2020. The 26 targeted lakes are as follows: Yamdrok Lake, Zhen Co, Kongmu Co, Puma Yumco Lake, Lang Co, Angren Jin Co, Dajia Co, Paru Co, Garong Co, Garen Co, Caiji Co, Qige Co, Zhari Nanmu Co, Dawa Co, Taruo Co, Zabuye Salt Lake, Anglaren Co, Renqinxiu Bu Co, Biroze Co, Darao Co, Jiduo Co, Dong Co, Angzi Co, Dangqiong Co, Dangreyong Co, Zigetang Co.
Regarding the analytical protocols: Total nitrogen and total phosphorus were determined via colorimetric analysis using a Shimadzu UV-Vis 2550 PC spectrophotometer after acidic digestion. Chlorophyll-a concentration was extracted using the hot ethanol method and then quantified via spectrophotometry. Total suspended solids were quantified by weighing the filtered residues using a high-precision electronic balance, combined with the measured filtered water volume. Water temperature and salinity were measured in-situ using a YSI EXO2 sonde. Transparency was determined using a 30 cm black-and-white Secchi disk.
The measurement uncertainties are specified as follows: transparency within ±0.05 m, total suspended solids concentration within ±0.01 mg/L, total nitrogen concentration within ±0.01 mg/L, total phosphorus and chlorophyll-a concentrations within ±0.001 mg/L, and water temperature within ±0.1 °C.
