We performed miRNAs microarray to analyze the differential miRNAs expression profiles according to the recommended protocols. Overall design: In the study presented here, fresh lung cancer tissue specimens and non-tumor lung tissue specimens were collected immediately after surgical resection. MiRNAs microarray was performed according to the manufacturer’s guideline.
