This project aims at studying the genotypic and phenotypic variations of a multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa which colonized or infected more than 250 patients during its 12-year spread in a University-hospital in Besançon (Eastern France) . We sequenced an early isolate (may 1997, companion project) and a late isolate (april 2008, this project).
