Legibly written, by Molla ‘Abd al-‘azîz b. Ḥusain b. Muḥammad b. ‘Abd al-‘azîz Aḥsâ’î, who finished it on Thursday, 24 Ramaḍân, 1089. Collated.
After several other owners, whose signatures are to be found on the title-page, the MS. came into the possession of Ḥâjjî Jalâl al-dîn, of Palembang, in A. H. 1177. A notice in Malay on the fly-leaf refers to his pilgrimage to Makkah, which was performed in the years 1175-6.
