Soil properties and Q10 values along a latitudinal transect and for a 4-year laboratory incubation

Soil physicochemical protection, substrates and microorganisms data were included for soils collected from seven sites along a 5,000-km-long latitudinal transect and from a 4-year laboratory incubation experiment. Q10 values data for microorganism reciprocal transplant experiments and aggregate disruption experiments were also included.
