资源简介:
Database from the AQUARIUS project reporting data for the ACL-reconstructed (PAT) and sound (NORM) sides. This database has been analysed in the following published paper: Scarano S, Caronni A, Menon A, Rota V, Amadei M, Perucca L, Brevi E, Maione A, Ferrua P, Tesio L, Randelli PS. Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is associated with increased corticospinal excitability and rate of force development. BMC Sports Sci Med Rehabil. 2026 Feb 9;18(1):123. doi: 10.1186/s13102-026-01577-0. PMID: 41656237; PMCID: PMC12983487.   Sheet 1: “Measures” ·        Volume: quadriceps volume (cm3) ·        Torque: peak extensor torque (Nm) ·        Activation: muscle activation at the interpolated twitch technique (%) ·        TA_rMT: Tibialis anterior resting motor threshold (% MSO) ·        VM_rMT: Vastus medialis resting motor threshold (% MSO) ·        HMratio: H/M ratio ·        TA_maxMEP: Tibialis anterior maximum amplitude of motor evoked potentials (% cMAP) ·        VM_maxMEP: Vastus medialis maximum amplitude of motor evoked potentials (% cMAP)   Sheet 2: “SICI” ·        ID: patient ID ·        Muscle: the muscle under evaluation (Tibialis anterior or Vastus medialis) ·        Muscle_side: side of the lower limb under evaluation ·        Injured_side: the patient’s injured side ·        Side: whether the lower limb under evaluation is the ACL-reconstructed (PAT) or sound (NORM) side ·        Condition: control stimulation or conditioned stimulation ·        Normalised_amplitude: normalised motor evoked potential amplitude (% cMAP)   Sheet 3: “Recruitment curves” ·        ID: patient ID ·        Stimulation: stimulation intensity (% MSO) ·        Muscle: the muscle under evaluation (Tibialis anterior or Vastus medialis) ·        Muscle_side: side of the lower limb under evaluation ·        Injured_side: the patient’s injured side ·        Side: whether the lower limb under evaluation is the ACL-reconstructed (PAT) or sound (NORM) side ·        Normalised_amplitude: normalised motor evoked potential amplitude (% cMAP)   This set of data cannot be made publicly available as it includes sensitive information but might be made available to interested researchers upon reasonable requests.
