Aggregate result tables underlying a benchmark study of ten blood-count-derived inflammatory indices (SII, SIRI, NLR, PLR, PNR, NHR, MHR, PHR, LHR, NMR) across six layers of evidence (population association, prospective mortality, causal inference, colocalization, expression, pathways) and two healthcare settings (NHANES and MIMIC-IV). The archive contains NHANES result tables and analysis memos, and MIMIC-IV aggregate tables (cohort flow, associations, incremental AUC, sensitivity analyses). No individual-level data are included. MIMIC-IV is available to credentialed researchers via PhysioNet.
