This dataset comprises transcriptome profiles generated from stable HCT-116 colon carcinoma cell lines with manipulated TMBIM1 expression. It includes three biological replicates each of a knockdown line (achieving approximately 25% of endogenous TMBIM1 mRNA levels) and an overexpression line (showing about an 8-fold increase in TMBIM1 mRNA), alongside their corresponding control samples. The data aim to elucidate the global transcriptional changes driven by differential TMBIM1 expression.
