BUSCO Alignments and Trees

The dataset contains the BUSCO amino acid alignments and their respective trees from nine Eucalyptus species. Each compressed file consists of three folders:- all (including all BUSCO loci)- bias (including BUSCO loci with significant results based on either or both statistical tests)- nonbias (including BUSCO loci with non-significant results based on both statistical tests)
