资源简介:
This project investigates the transcriptomic responses of Sorghum bicolor L. Hwanggeumchal to various abiotic stresses, including salinity (150 mM NaCl), drought (20% polyethylene glycol 8000), heat (40 degrees Celsius), cold (4 degrees Celsius), and abscisic acid (100 uM ABA). Seeds were surface-sterilized and grown in soil under controlled chamber conditions (16-hour photoperiod, 25/23 degrees Celsius day/night temperature). Two-week-old plants were subjected to stress treatments, and leaf samples were collected at 6, 12, and 24 hours after exposure. Non-treated control samples were collected at corresponding time points. The RNA sequencing libraries were prepared and sequenced using paired-end (2 x100 bp) Illumina NovaSeq 6000 technology. This study aims to uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying abiotic stress tolerance in sorghum by analyzing differentially expressed genes and related pathways.
