Data collected during the Impact of Typhoons on the Ocean in the Pacific (ITOP) experiment. These data were recorded from a moored Extreme Air-Sea Interaction (EASI) buoy deployed at 21.24ºN, 126.97ºE over ~3 months in 2010. The flux data were recorded at 20 Hz with an R50-A sonic anemometer 5.45 m above mean sea level. The data provided here are derived from these measurements. If you are interested in the high frequency data (u', v', w', t') please contact hpotter@tamu.edu directly. Also included are mean meteorological and oceanic values collected onboard and wave information derived from the buoy motion (Collins et al., 2014). For further details of the experiment and data collection see Potter et al. (2014).
