2019年全国常见生物DNA条形码基础库

参照国际DNA 条形码数据库的建设标准，结合参与单位承担的DNA 条形码建设与研究的实际经验，编制我国生物DNA 条形码数据库的标准规范。在该标准规范指导下，构建DNA 条码数据库结构和模型，以科学的结构化形式整理和保存DNA条码数据。以中国重要生物类群为对象，重点针对高等植物、鸟类、鱼类等重要类群的DNA 条码数据进行汇总、检测、筛选、整理、转换、整合，从而对标准规范进行验证，不仅形成结构化、可用于科学研究和工业生产的基础数据库，而且形成一套规范可行的工作流程，从而指导我国大规模的DNA条码建设计划。通过信息共享平台，向公众发布数据库，以供科研和社会需要。Formulate standard specifications for China's biological DNA barcode database by referring to the construction standards of international DNA barcode databases and combining the practical experience in DNA barcode construction and research accumulated by participating institutions. Under the guidance of these specifications, construct the structure and model of the DNA barcode database, and organize and preserve DNA barcode data in a scientific and structured manner. Targeting major biological groups in China, we collected, inspected, screened, organized, converted and integrated DNA barcode data from key taxa including higher plants, birds and fish, to validate the standard specifications. This initiative not only establishes a structured basic database applicable to scientific research and industrial production, but also develops a set of standardized and practicable workflows to guide China's large-scale DNA barcode construction initiatives. The database will be publicly released via an information sharing platform to meet the demands of scientific research and societal needs.
