VPRS 14310 Inward Correspondence Cards, 'W' Series

This series consists of cards recording details of correspondence received from the Land Districts of North Central Victoria, predominantly the Bendigo and St Arnaud Land Districts but also including the Castlemaine, Echuca and Kerang Land Districts. Prior to the creation of these cards, correspondence received these Land Districts was recorded in a series of bound registers (see VPRS 14309).Each card records the correspondence registration number given as the letter 'W' and the registration number, the name of the correspondent and the subject of the correspondence.This series is not complete with only what is estimated as one half or one third of the series in custody (at February 2004).
