Complex reproduction reflects life-history trade-offs in early Cambrian multicellular algae

This dataset contains three-dimensional X-ray tomographic datasets and models of fossil specimens of Polyostiosphaera operculata gen. et sp. nov. from the early Cambrian Kuanchuanpu Biota, South China, along with supplementary systematic descriptions and a morphological data matrix. The data accompany the following paper: Complex reproduction reflects life-history trade-offs in early Cambrian multicellular algae.
