该数据集涵盖了申请日从2022年4月到2024年12月份的，录入专利交易管理平台的用于进行专利交易的全领域范围的专利，数据进行周期性更新，每三个月更新一次，更新内容为申请日从2022年4月后移三个月至更新日的全部专利信息，以保证专利的剩余保护期限足够长。具体包括：专利申请号（后7位）：用于唯一标识专利申请的编号。专利类型：指明专利的类型。剩余保护期限（年）：专利的剩余有效年限。专利状态：表明专利当前的状态，如有效、无效或撤回。国际分类：专利所属的国际专利分类（IPC）。技术关键词：描述专利技术内容的关键词。专利维护费用记录：专利维护过程中支付的费用记录。专利被引用：专利被其他专利引用的次数。法律诉讼记录：涉及该专利的法律诉讼事件次数。专利许可记录：专利被许可使用的次数。专利转让记录：专利所有权转让的次数。专利价值等级（预测）：基于上述指标通过模型计算得出的专利价值等级。
This dataset covers patents from all technical fields that were entered into the patent transaction management platform for patent trading, with filing dates ranging from April 2022 to December 2024. The dataset is updated periodically every three months, with the updated content being all patent information with filing dates from three months after April 2022 up to the update date, so as to ensure that the remaining protection term of the patents is sufficiently long. The specific included fields are as follows: 1. Patent Application Number (last 7 digits): Unique identifier for patent applications. 2. Patent Type: Indicates the category of the patent. 3. Remaining Protection Term (years): Remaining valid years of the patent. 4. Patent Status: Current state of the patent, such as valid, invalid, or withdrawn. 5. International Classification (IPC): International Patent Classification to which the patent belongs. 6. Technical Keywords: Keywords describing the technical content of the patent. 7. Patent Maintenance Fee Records: Records of fees paid during the patent maintenance process. 8. Patent Citations: Number of times the patent has been cited by other patents. 9. Legal Litigation Records: Number of legal litigation incidents involving the patent. 10. Patent Licensing Records: Number of times the patent has been licensed for use. 11. Patent Assignment Records: Number of times the ownership of the patent has been transferred. 12. Patent Value Rating (Predicted): Patent value rating calculated by a model based on the above indicators.
