Dataset for Aircraft Maintenance Taskcard Management Digitalization

Description: This dataset contains the empirical data used in the study "Digital Transformation of Aircraft Maintenance Taskcard Management using DMAIC Methodology." It includes: Historical Records (2021-2024): Quantitative data of 2,897 taskcards showing the frequency and percentage of missing documents in a manual system. Implementation Results: Data from two maintenance projects using the new digital taskcard management system (149 taskcards) demonstrating a 0% loss rate. Analysis Data: Preliminary results from USG (Urgency, Seriousness, and Growth) analysis used to identify the root causes of system inefficiency.
