林长制智慧管理平台的建设可实现对加强林草等资源监测，推行林长制信息化支撑，建立林草资源“一张图”“一套数”动态监测体系，及时掌握林草资源动态变化信息。该平台卫星遥感、大数据、人工智能及物联网技术于一体，结合天地一体化获取的数据进行林业监测，实现林业大数据展示、数据汇集、数据共享等功能，为各个业务系统提供数据支撑。林长制软件平台结合APP端实现林业数据的闭环管理，将林长制信息可视化，推动信息资源共享和业务协同，网格化管理。The construction of the Smart Management Platform for the Forest Chief System is designed to strengthen the monitoring of forest and grassland resources, provide informatization support for the implementation of the Forest Chief System, and establish a dynamic monitoring system for forest and grassland resources based on the "one-map" and "unified dataset" framework, so as to timely grasp the dynamic changes of forest and grassland resources. Integrating satellite remote sensing, big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the platform combines data acquired through the space-ground integrated monitoring system to conduct forestry monitoring, and realizes functions such as forestry big data display, data aggregation and data sharing, providing data support for various business systems. Moreover, the Forest Chief System software platform, combined with its supporting mobile APP, realizes closed-loop management of forestry data, visualizes the information of the Forest Chief System, and promotes information resource sharing, business collaboration and grid-based management.
