State Environment Protection Policy N-1 boundary data

This data shows the Metropolitan Region as defined in Schedule 1 of the Planning and Environment Regulations 1988. It is the area of application of the State Environment Protection Policy (Control of Noise from Commerce, Industry and Trade) No N-1 (SEPP N-1).\r\n \r\nOn 1 July 2021, SEPP N-1 was replaced by:\r\n \r\n•\tEnvironment Protection Regulations 2021 (the Regulations) and\r\n \r\n•\tthe incorporated Noise Protocol document, Noise limit and assessment protocol for the control of noise from commercial, industrial and trade premises and entertainment venues (EPA publication 1826).
