In this experiment we analyse SMC1 binding to DNA in RPE1 hTERT c-Myc ER cells treated with 4-hydroxytamoxifen for 48h or untreated. Overall design: We have used RPE1 hTERT c-Myc ER cells (biological replicates) 48 hours after 4OH-TM treatment or control. For each sample we have the input and the SMC1 antibody pull down.
