Lösungswege in der ambulanten Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie - Studie zur klinischen Evaluation Approaches to Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry – Study of Clinical Evaluation

Die vorliegende Studie ist ein Arbeitsbericht über die ambulante kinder- und jugendpsychiatrische Versorgung durch eine multiprofessionelle Kassenarztpraxis in einer ländlichen Region mit einem Radius von 50-90 km und mehr als 300000 Einwohnern. Sie bezieht sich auf eine Gesamtheit von 1898 Klienten und deren Familien, die innerhalb von 4½ Jahren die Institution in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Charakteristik dieser Gesamtheit wird anhand einer unausgewählten Teilstichprobe von 632 Fällen dargestellt. Die Studie umfaßt eine katamnestische Untersuchung, die sich auf 148 Klienten/Familien bezieht. Als Ergebnis einer klinischen Nützlichkeitsprüfung zeigt sich, daß bei zwei Drittel der Fälle nach im Mittel 5,3 Kontakten über zwei Jahre stabile, positive Verläufe zu verzeichnen sind. The effects of an systemic approach to outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry was hardly proved up to now. According to a study of clinical evaluation we analyzed a sample of more than 600 cases out of our work with about 1900 children, adolescents and young adults and their families. This study includes a catamnestic exploration regarding to the two-years- outcome. As a result we found, that the systemic approach is of high clinical utility in outpatient therapy with young clients and their families.
