Deep-sea limpet Bathyacmaea sp. transcriptome sequencing and analysis

The deep sea represents the largely underexplored part of marine ecosystem. Our understanding of how deep-sea animals adapt to harsh environments is largely hindered by the lack of omics resources from deep-sea animals. Here, we generated the first comprehensive transcriptomic resources for a deep-sea limpet belonging to the genus of Bathyacmaea.
