This dataset contains smartphone-captured images of skin lesions for diagnostic classification. The task involves classifying each lesion into one of six categories. 16 reasoning traces were collected for each example in this task by sampling with GPT-4o, available in the `responses` column. The dataset features include image, image hash, question, options, answer, and responses. The training split includes model responses.
