Genome-wide gene expression profiling of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation at four distinct time-points. hESCs are differentiated using a novel protocol, and day 0, 7, 13 and 20 were charachterized. Genome wide gene expression profiling of (n= 19) samples from human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) at day 0 (n=5), and day 7(n = 6), 13 (n= 4) and 20 (n=4) of neuronal differentiation **Raw data are not provided as they can not be shared due to the material transfer agreement** **Please note that processed data files have been replaced on Dec 3, 2022, as the previous data were not in a usable form for certain tools***
