In this study, we employed a combination of Illumina, PacBio, and Hi-C sequencing technologies to achieve the chromosomal-level genome assembly of Pleurocryptella fimbriata, marking the first chromosomal-level genome assembly within the Bopyridae family. Meanwhile, transcriptome of P. fimbriata were sequenced.
