To investigating gene expression changes in HCT116 cells upon siCTNNB1 for 48 hr, or upon treatment with iCRT3, GB1874, GB6853, and GB8679 for 24 hr HCT116 cells are transfected with siNeg or siCTNNB1 (20 nM each) in triplicate for 48 hr. HCT116 cells are also treated with DMSO (1%) or compounds iCRT3, GB1874, GB6853, GB8679 at 50 uM, in triplicate for 24 hr
