The output folders contain the individual species outputs from WRF-Chem for the HAL, BASE and orgI scenarios as defined in the paper. The python code contains the code for the extraction of the data from the WRF-Chem output.
The ship-based data used for the validation of the model outputs are in a subfolder called campaign_data
The original WRF-Chem outputs are approximately 10 GB in size for each scenario, and are available on request as they were too large for the repository.
