WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from SEA-LAND PACIFIC, POLYNESIA and other platforms from 1990-08-30 to 1991-07-24 (NCEI Accession 9100168)

This accession contains sixteen XBT data sets collected as part of Shipboard Environmental data Acquisition System (SEAS) III program. The cruises were conducted using many different ships. The bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected between August 30, 1990 and July 24, 1991. The data were sent from the cruise ships to the National Ocean Service, Rockville, MD via telecommunication. This data is currently available in the C116 file format of NODC.
