Raw Data: Raman Spectroscopy Enables Real-Time Identification and Monitoring of Plastic Biodegradation Metabolites

This repository contains all raw data from "Raman Spectroscopy Enables Real-Time Identification and Monitoring of Plastic Biodegradation Metabolites" manuscript. Includes viability readings (values_for_PETdeg.xlsx), LC-MS files, GC-MS files and Raman spectroscopy files (PET biodegradation and PET crystallinity identification). Each of the LC-MS, GC-MS and Raman folders contain a standards, biotic control, abiotic control and sample folders which houses the .d or .txt files. Also contains R markdown file which was used to produce most of the main and SI figures.
