To explore the microbial community structure and ecological function of mulberry and their potential relationship with the rizhosphere soil and agronomic characters, the community structure and function of rizhosphere bacteria and fungi in 5 mulberry cultivars and interaction with soil chemical properties and agronomic traits were analyzed using Illumina-based sequenc-ing.
