ResFinder is an antimicrobial resistance gene database dedicated to identifying and annotating resistance genes in bacterial genomes. It contains sequence information of known antimicrobial resistance genes, and supports users in uploading genomic sequences for alignment analysis. Developed and maintained by the Genomic Epidemiology Center, ResFinder provides researchers with tools for the detection and identification of antimicrobial resistance genes.
