Genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) of a large collection of Coffea arabica accessions.. Coffea arabica

This project utilized genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) of a world-wide diversity panel of Coffea arabica. The sequence data came from PstI digested genomic DNA of 794 Coffea arabica, 54 Coffea canephora, and 10 Coffea eugenioides genotypes. The purpose of this project was to identify genetic characteristics of use to coffee breeding programs by investigating relatedness and structure among the accessions.
