The indicator measures the value, in U.S. Dollars, of all project agreements between NTIS' Joint Venture Partners ( JVPs) and Federal Agencies facilitated by NTIS in a given year. By tracking the obligated values, this indicator shows the actual Federal Government investment in technology and data analytics development under the Joint Venture Authority.
