At the industry level, this dataset leverages big data models to conduct continuous monitoring, quantitative analysis and comparative research on job postings issued by enterprises across 15 segmented industries, and compiles industry sub-indexes of the Recruitment Manager Index (RMI), such as *Recruitment Manager Index (RMI) and Analysis – IT and Telecommunications Industry Index*. By incorporating regional, professional and functional dimensions in its analysis, it accurately forecasts the talent recruitment demand and trends of segmented industries, providing data support and strategic advice for industry regulatory bodies and industry associations to launch employment stabilization and promotion initiatives, as well as for enterprises and public institutions in segmented industries to develop talent recruitment and retention strategies.
