The experiments were conducted in the Mountain Channel Hydraulic Experimental Laboratory at the University of British Columbia. The tilting flume is 18 m long, 1 m wide, and 1 m deep, with an adjustable slope. The experimental data of each run include water depth, water surface slope, shear stress, bedload transport rate and their standard deviation (5min), the median size of bedload and their standard deviation (5min), and the median size of the bed surface.
