Colonial Volvocine Algae Community in Yangtze river basin at 2021

To explore the colonial volvocine algae community structure in Yangtze River Basin, water samples were collected from 235 sampling sites, including the source to estuary along the mainstream of the Yangtze river. The 18S gene were used to explore the colonial volvocine algae community based on single molecule real-time sequencing, aim to study the diversity and community characteristics in a border sampling area and higher species annotation accuracy.
