CH treats prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is a tumor with a high incidence rate in men. AR signaling pathway is an important target for the treatment of prostate cancer. After castration treatment, most prostate cancers will develop into castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). CH is a natural product with the ability to inhibit various anti-cancer properties. There are reports proving that CH can degrade AR and its mutants in mouse motor neurons.To investigate the effect of CH on CRPC, we used 22Rv1 cells with AR mutation, LNCaP cells, and PC3 cells without AR in this experiment. We used CH to process these cells and performed mRNA sequencing.
