Sentinel reference panel: gnomAD v4.1 genomes biallelic SNPs at MAF ≥ 1%

Biallelic SNP sites at minor allele frequency >= 1% extracted from gnomAD v4.1 genomes (all 22 autosomes), bgzipped and tabix-indexed. Intended for use as a master SNP database with the Sentinel contamination detector (https://github.com/Trethewey/Sentinel) when scoring runs from panels that include non-coding bait regions. Built from the public gnomAD v4.1 release at https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/downloads using bcftools filtering (-e 'INFO/AF < 0.01 | INFO/AF > 0.99' -m2 -M2 -v snps).
