资源简介:
Converting of CO2 to chemicals, clean fuels and carbon materials is gradually recognized due to climate change problems and global warming has become increasingly evident. CO2 reduction through the thermochemical process is a state-of-the-art strategy for the transformation of CO2 into fuels and valuable chemical feedstocks. Based on our previous study, we found that the presence of Cu on Ni-based catalyst SiO2/CaO supported derived from brewery sludge waste has been investigated for enhancement of methane dry reforming (DRM). Analysis of catalyst behaviour during the reaction under realistic condition is crucial for design and development of improved catalyst materials. This study aims to perform operando XAS for the characterization of a Cu-Ni loading SiO2/CaO catalyst in DRM under realistic condition (800°C, 1 bar) to provide a deep insight into underlying mechanisms in heterogeneous catalysis.
