RNA sequencing was used to determine the effect of the STM2457 METTL3 inhibitor on prostate cancer cell gene expression. Overall design: Enzalutamide-resistant 22Rv1 prostate cancer cells were treated with vehcile control (DMSO) or STM2457 (10µM) for 48 hours and basal and androgen regulated gene expression and alternative splicing determined using RNA sequencing.
