PlantcircBase

PlantcircBase collected publicly available circRNAs identified in recent years from O. sativa, A. thaliana, Zea mays, Solanum lycopersicum, and Hordeum vulgare, as well as unpublished circRNAs. PlantcircBase also provides other functions such as visualization of the structures of circRNA and prediction of circRNAs. PlantcircBase v7.0 contains 171,118 circRNAs from 21 plant species. Over 31,000 of the circRNAs have full-length sequences constructed based on analysis of 749 bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) datasets downloaded from the public domain and Nanopore long-read sequencing results of rice RNAs newly generated in this study.PlantcircBase 数据库收集了近年来在水稻（O. sativa）、拟南芥（A. thaliana）、玉米（Zea mays）、番茄（Solanum lycopersicum）与大麦（Hordeum vulgare）中已公开鉴定的环状RNA（circRNA），同时收录未公开的环状RNA序列。该数据库还提供多项功能，包括环状RNA结构可视化与环状RNA预测工具。PlantcircBase v7.0 版本共包含来自21种植物的171118条环状RNA，其中超过31000条环状RNA拥有全长序列，这些序列基于对749份从公共领域下载的批量RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据集，以及本研究新生成的水稻RNA纳米孔长读长测序结果进行分析构建而成。
