Golden capillaria is an edible or medicinal species in this genus. It has rich nutritional value, rich in protein, minerals and cellulose. It tastes delicious and is golden after drying. Pharmacological effects of Lepidodium fungi are mainly reflected by polysaccharides, which can be divided into anti-sugar, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, antibacterial, immunomodulatory, and hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects. At present, the domestication and biological characteristics of the golden capillaria have not been studied in Tibet. In order to protect the unique edible and medicinal fungi resources in Tibet and protect the ecological environment, we inoculated C. chinensis on different medium, systematically selected C. chinensis species with good growth condition for domestication and cultivation, and carried out research on biological characteristics, agronomic characters and bacteriostatic characteristics of C. chinensis under different matrix formulations. To provide technical support and theoretical basis for the exploitation and utilization of the wild resources.
