资源简介:

Supplementary Data 1: Phaeobacter inhibens feature table (genes) with RNA sequencing results from exponentially growing cultures with glycine betaine or glucose. The dataset includes bacterial gene accession numbers, functional annotations, transcript abundances (TPM normalized read counts), results of DESeq2 differential gene expression analysis and lists of the top 100 upregulated genes ranked either by TPM or log2(fold change). (Figs. 1 and 2, Supplementary Fig. 1, Supplementary Tables 1 and 2) Supplementary Data 2: Phaeobacter inhibens feature table (genes) with results of DESeq2 differential gene expression analysis using previously published RNA sequencing data for co-cultures with Gephyrocapsa huxleyi on day 4 and day 9 of the growth phase. The dataset also includes bacterial gene accession numbers, functional annotations and a list of upregulated genes. (Fig. 2, Supplementary Table 2) Supplementary Data 3: Phaeobacter inhibens feature table (genes) with results of DESeq2 differential gene expression analysis using previously published RNA sequencing data for co-cultures with Gephyrocapsa huxleyi during growth and demise phase. The dataset also includes bacterial gene accession numbers and functional annotations. (Fig. 1, Supplementary Fig. 1, Supplementary Table 2) Supplementary Data 4: Gene clusters summary file of the pangenome of 40 Rhodobacterales. The dataset includes gene cluster and genome identifier, functional annotations as well as amino acid sequences. (Supplementary Fig. 1, Supplementary Tables 3 and 4) Supplementary Data 5: Prevalence of GB metabolism genes across 15,525 marine bacterial genomes. The analyzed genomes are a subset of the Ocean Microbiomics Database (OMDB), including only high-quality genomes that are representatives of species-level operational taxonomic units (mOTUs). The dataset includes OMDB genome identifiers, presence-absence values for GB demethylases and Cbl biosynthesis genes, and GTDB taxonomic assignments. (Fig. 6 and Supplementary Fig. 3)
