MATLAB code to track the liquid of a binary tif image stack

This Matlab code (A_tracking.m) imports a tif image stack, which is binary, where the black pixels represent the liquid and should flow from the right side to the left. The distance in pixels is then recalculated to mm by either inserting a resolution of the images or defining how long the channel is in total. The slope of the squared traveled distance versus the time is calculated. The code is written and tested in Matlab R2017a.An example tif-file is uploaded (Example_D_G1_1_CIMG7473.tif), where the side channels are cut off (the channel has 75 junctions).<br>
