Bat guano was collected at Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge between June through September, 2017 at maternity colonies using artificial roost structures. Arthropod COI fragments were amplified with ANML primers from bat guano to determine dietary breadth and preferences of prey items, with particular focus on foraging habits of Indiana Bat, Myotis sodalis.
