Processed RNA-seq gene expression data for GFG-01-treated silkworm fat body and hemocytes

This dataset contains DESeq2-normalized gene-level expression matrices with gene annotations for fat body and hemocyte samples from Bombyx mori larvae collected 15 h after oral administration of GFG-01 or control diet. Three biological replicates were analyzed per condition and tissue, with one larva per replicate. These data support the RNA-seq and Gene Ontology enrichment analyses presented in the associated manuscript.
