BALB/c and the eosinophil deficient deltablGATA-1 mice were infected with either B. bronchiseptica strain RB50, or B. bronchiseptica strain RB50 btrS knockout mutant. At day 7 post-inoculation, mice were euthanized and lungs were extracted. RNA from the lungs were analyzed via RNA-Sequencing.
